Operation Warfighter
Operation WarfighterUndergoing treatment or rehabilitation at a military medical center?

Operation Warfighter can help you transition back into the workforce, with meaningful career activity outside your hospital setting sponsored by the Department of Defense. Operation Warfighter allows injured service members to volunteer with DCMA several hours a week with their doctor’s permission. Hours vary from 15-30 per week depending on the candidate, and you should be able to volunteer with us for a minimum of 3 – 4 months.

Examples of some positions that volunteer warfighters are already working in at DCMA include:

  • Public Affairs
  • Information Technology Specialist
  • Security
  • Contingency Operations
  • Industrial Specialist
