DCMA can provide you with the opportunity to help support our military forces engaged in combat or crisis situations. We have an ongoing need to hire qualified administrative contracting officers, property administrators, and quality assurance personnel. The incentives for coming aboard are substantial:

  • A 25% hiring incentive based on the adjusted rate of pay that is tied to deployment (Current $212,000 pay cap may be raised to $220,000)
  • Upon deployment, a temporary promotion is given, if the time in grade at the lower grade is met
  • Danger Pay
  • Foreign Post Differential
  • Overtime
  • Sunday Pay
  • Holiday Pay
  • Night Differential

Initial commitment for an EE position is three years. After three years you may extend, or be placed in an available position at your non-deployed series and grade.
