Regional Recruitment

The Defense Contract Management Agency is geographically organized within the United States into 3 regions: Eastern, Central, and Western. The DCMA Recruitment Division Director has recently announced the appointment of Regional Recruiters in an effort to more efficiently cover all of our locations, provide nationwide continuous cycle recruitment, and offer outstanding customer service. Covering the Eastern Region is Ms. Lajeune Chattman, while Ms. Cohila Gray is assigned to Central Region, and Mr. Linwood Smith covers the Western Region. For the Agency’s International, special programs and headquarters recruiting, Ms. Jennifer Miles covers these.
