    Long Term Care Insurance

    As a Defense Contract Management Agency employee, you may participate in the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP), created especially for members of the Federal Family.

    Sponsored by the Federal Government and backed by John Hancock Life & Health Insurance Company, the FLTCIP is designed to help protect enrollees against the high cost of long term care. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, at least 70 percent of people over the age of 65 will require some long term care at some point in their lives. Access to registered nurse and licensed social worker care are just two reasons why this Federal program may be the right choice for you. FLTCIP 2.0, a new plan introduced on October 1, 2009, offers enhanced features and benefits.
